Support Paulette Jones' 2019 Pediatric Cancer Research Fundraising Effort
Lendmark Financial Services is sponsoring its 4th Annual Climb to a Million to help raise funds to help support pediatric cancer research.
Lendmark is footing the bill for the event on Saturday, August 17 at Oconee County High School where employees along with their families and friends will climb 5 million stadium stairs which represents the challenge affected children face when they fight cancer.
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is the primary beneficiary of CURE's funds and CURE earns top ratings as an ethical and efficient nonprofit organization.
Did you know that less than 4% of funds collected for cancer research go toward pediatric cancer research? Well, all of CURE's donations help pediatric cancer. My company has decided to support this cause not only financially but we also go to Children's Healthcare of Atlantaat least twice a year to personally serve breakfast to the patient’s families and the hospital staff. We also make a direct donation to CHOA annually in honor of our company's anniversary.
As a company we raised over $1,500,000! And because we are a bunch of overachievers we have committed to raising at least $500,000 more this year. Yes, that's a lot of money but we can do it with your help. I was grateful for every donation received last year because I know everyone works hard for their money.
I would appreciate if you to consider a donation this year--any size (no donation is too small). It only takes a minute, its tax deductible and you can't go wrong doing something to help a child. Thank you for considering this request.
